Description
This is the perfect class for you if your bondage skills begin and end with tying your shoes. Remedial Ropes includes sections on basic bondage safety, building a rope kit, and simple knots to create bondage anywhere. Stefanos & Shay will show ties for discrete and immediate uses in the bedroom including lacing your bed with tie points and moment’s notice ties for 1 to 4 point restraints.  Finally, they will demonstrate variations on these ties and discuss how to apply these to enhance your sex life and create a rope bondage scene! The basic ties you’ll learn in this class can be used to create a hog tie, spread eagle, frog tie, box tie position (hands behind back), and more. 
  • This is an interactive classes- everyone is encouraged to get tied up and to learn the ties.
  • The instructor will have some rope available to borrow, but please bring two 15’ pieces if possible (6mm thickness recommended).
  • Coming with a partner is not required- you can practice on yourself.

About the presenters:
Stefanos & Shay (StefanosandShay.com) are a vivacious, unconventional D/s couple whose entertaining, information-packed classes have been called “better than a Vegas act.” They identify as pansexual polyamorous playsluts, purveyors of perversion, and alliteration fetishists!
Shay is an ER nurse by day, education director for Dark Odyssey: Surrender and the SF Citadel by night, while Stefanos is all kink all the time as the Producer/Steward of The Upper Floor on Kink.com and DM & CEO of Bondage-a-Go-Go. Together they created & wrote the bondage education website remedialropes.com. They are based in San Francisco, where they host over 100 events a year (including BENT, Twisted Windows, Master’s Den, the Upper Floor, & Bondage-a-Go-Go) and were named King & Queen of Pervert’s Prom in 2006! Together they hold the title of International Power Exchange 2014. They travel across the country and around the world presenting on BDSM & sexuality.
