Ever wonder how people manage to have busy lives and still practice self-care daily? Have you ever found yourself over scheduling your play dates? Exhausted on your days off? Want to know how to maintain self-care without hitting the bottom constantly? Have you dropped hard and didn’t know how to pick yourself back up? In this class we will be discussing ways to take care of you and to recognize when, where, and how you need self-care. This discussion-based class is for all whether you are a top, bottom, switch, or somewhere in-between. We will cover the below topics: * Planning * Ways to maintain * Communication * Techniques * Boundaries * Support Network Class from 8-10pm, doors open at 7:30pm Cost: $20 at the door, $15 in advance using Purplepass: https://www.purplepass.com/sfc06092016 About the presenter: Bri Burning has been active in the local kink community for over six years. The passion for self-love in her life and others grew within those six years of exploration. Her journey as a presenter started in 2015 at the SF Citadel and at Dark Odyssey: Surrender. She is the event host of Luscious held at the Citadel and host of BBW & Their Admirers Munch in the East Bay. She has done service and volunteered for many events at the Citadel and demo bottomed for seminars, classes, and newbie munches as an experienced bottom. |
