Nestled in front of Temecula City Hall in historic Old Town Temecula, CA, just steps from one-of-a-kind boutiques and antique stores, the annual Taste of Temecula Valley (TOTV) is held the last weekend in April. The 6th- year TOTV will be Friday, April 29, and Saturday, April 30, 2016. Hours are Friday, 6 PM – 10 PM, and Saturday, 11 AM – 7 PM, in Town Square Park, in front of the Temecula Civic Center, 41000 Main Street, Old Town Temecula. TOTV general admission on Friday night includes access to more than 70 food, beverage, and specialty booths. For those who want a more up-close-and-personal experience, exclusive VIP Dining & Concert seating is available. VIP seating is $60 per individual. Special VIP package for sponsors is $500 per table of eight. Back for a second year, the chefs from the award-winning Pechanga Resort & Casino will wow VIP attendees with an extraordinary buffet. Special Friday-only entertainment, courtesy of Golden Crown Productions, includes musical performances leading up to the World’s Greatest Tribute to Journey, ANOTHER JOURNEY. A fan favorite in Las Vegas and on tour, ANOTHER JOURNEY promises an unforgettable musical adventure. The family-friendly Saturday TOTV features all-day access to live music, food and drink booths, and special merchandise booths -- all For the Kids! Attendees will enjoy food selections while strolling among award-winning whites, reds, and rosés from area vintners or sampling a black stout, pale ale, or other specialty microbrew. Patrons can browse unique booths, meet friends, and enjoy all-day musical entertainment, including live bands and surprise performances by local stars of The Voice and American Idol. Intended for kids of all ages, TOTV activities include attractions in designated Fun Zones. Proceeds from both events support science and visual and performing arts programs for Grades K-12 in area schools. Special VIP admission and dinner/concert tickets require advance payment and are not available at the gate. Friday and Saturday general admission tickets are available online and at the gate. General admission fees are $10 per person; children 12 and under are admitted FREE. Taste and activity tickets (generally $2) are available inside the venue. Valid ID is required for alcohol consumption. TOTV is sponsored by the Temecula Education Foundation, in collaboration with the Temecula Valley Unified School District (TVUSD) and the City of Temecula. Taste and Activity Tickets: $2/each; sold in sheets of 10 for $20
TOTV proceeds will help fund grants in the arts and other curriculum areas to benefit TVUSD students in Grades K-12.
