Description
You Laugh, You Rock is a comedy show benefiting The You Rock Foundation, a charity dedicating to assisting those suffering from mental health issues. The show features some of New York City's most talented stand up comedians and the premiere of the comedy pilot Successful Failures by Lance Rizzo. The You Rock Foundation was founded by Laura Desantis-Olssen and Joe Penola. As stated on the charity's website, the foundation was "created to serve as a safe haven for those who have suffered or are currently suffering. Using music as a backdrop, You Rock seeks to pull those suffering out of the dark and show them the possibilities of moving forward with life".
