Monolithic Music presents CT Throwback Throwdown at The Spaceland Ballroom in Hamden, CT on Saturday, September 6th, featuring the reunion of FIRST AVE, The Papercutts (featuring members of The Smyrk), The Shape, Terra Luna, and more!

Full Lineup Breakdown:

One of the most loved CT bands of the past 10 years, FIRST AVE took fans on an explosive rollercoaster ride of rock, endearing them to audiences all around the Northeast. On September 6th, they reunite for one night only at The Spaceland Ballroom!

The Papercutts:
The Papercutts brings funk, rock, pop, and soul right to your ears: they bring the tunes, you bring the moves!
Chris Barone and Doron Monk Flake (of The Smyrk), Jim McLoughlin, and Mike Gibson started The Papercutts for 3 reasons:

1) To provide, and perform great live music
2) To entertain!
3) To give away free prizes, while YOU are drunk or sober.

All that matters is that you're jivin, smilin, and livin' life!

The Shape:
From 2006 - 2009, The Shape brought their unique metallic brand of beauty, darkness, and aggression all over the northeast. After a 5 year absence, they have returned, refined, and more powerful than ever, with a new lineup and album dropping in October 2014. This is the band's LAST CT SHOW until their album release later this year. Attendees WILL be given a FREE 6-track preview EP upon buying a ticket!

Terra Luna:
CT Alt-Rock stalwarts since 2005, Terra Luna is a melodic power punch that conveys the beauty of life through music with frenetic energy and searing melodic hooks. Check out the interstellar soundscapes of Terra Luna, here:

MMZ | Mile Marker Zero:
For the five members of the Connecticut-based progressive rock group Mile Marker Zero, gaining individual satisfaction through a collaborative, team-driven effort is the essence of true art celebrated through self-expression and sonic chemistry. On Young Rust, the band has augmented their collective strengths as songwriters to create some incredible music. MMZ is a band you CANNOT MISS live!
