Pasalidahay x Cinematheque is meant to bring local and international independent films to the community. Cinematheque Davao is alloting wednesdays for shorts, documentaries and advocacy films. So to launch this new program we will have 5 great shorts and 1 full length movie from October 5-9, 2016.

Sine K'Mindanawon of Pasalidahay, being one the organizations who organizes community film screenings in the city, will mainly lead the screening and curation with Cinematheque Davao. Sine K'Mindanawon has partnered with Cinematheque Davao,  Salamindanaw Asian Film Festival and Rm. 74 to make Wednesdays PASALIDAHAY days! Of course, we will be holding exchanges after the films, small talks with the directors/filmmakers on some days and SOON, art/film criticsm workshops for all of us who love films so we may develop sharper perspectives and comprehensive understanding of what we are watching.
