SKETCH 1: Character & Premise Class Details When: Tuesday, Mar 21, 2017 7:00 PM Price $330.00 Restrictions: 18 & over The first level of our three level sketch program focuses on the structure of sketch writing using strong premises and strong characters that drive those premises. Over the course of the 8 week class you will have written a handful of strong sketches learning how to write a well rounded character and how to use them in a strong premise. You will also learn the re-writing process and how to refine your ideas to perfection. The course is designed and taught by Artistic Director of Westside Comedy Theater, Nick Armstrong, a former Sunday Company member and teacher at The Groundlings and iO West. He has also taught improv and sketch all over the world for the last 16 years, as well as sold shows to network television. If you’re looking to crack into the business of writing and performing sketch this is the class to start your journey. Sign up today spots are limited!
