Description
Smoked Country Jam is the PA Wilds Premier Bluegrass Festival. The festival's home is Quiet Oaks Campground, located near Cross Fork, in the Hammersly Fork Wilds Area. Gates open on Wednesday, June 13, at noon, for all full-festival ticket holders. Smoked Country Jam is a 3-day family-friendly event bringing together
performers from all branches of the bluegrass tree. Whether the music is
traditional or progressive, Americana, old time or Roots, the stage is shared by all.
The festival showcases the past, present and future of this American-made
music. Lineups of national and regional performers bring over 40 hours of music
to the stages each year. Held at The Quiet Oaks Campground, in Cross Fork,
northern Clinton County, the event features a 3-day Lupus Auction benefiting
The Lupus Foundation of PA, and the Pennsylvania Heritage Songwriting
Contest. There is a full schedule of bluegrass workshops,
children activities, and large vendor midway. The festival is both 4-wheeler and pet friendly. Rustic camping is
included with all tickets, with hot showers available for all campers. Ticket levels include full-festival, single-day,
and Friday/Saturday combo tickets. There is a discount ticket for kids between the ages of 12 and 16, and children under age 12 admitted free with a paying adult. Complete festival information can be found online at www.smokedcountryjam.com, or www.facebook.com/scj.kodish. Items Not Allowed
Glass bottles & drinking containers are discouraged. Bare feet and broken glass are a bad combination. Fireworks and Luminaries are a fire danger and are not permitted on the festival grounds. Weapons are not permitted. Permitted concealed weapons must remain concealed.
