In advance of his 100th birthday celebration concert
at the University of Milwaukee on February 19th, world-renowned pianist Frank
Glazer will honor the Saco River Theatre with a program of Haydn, Schubert,
Brahms, and Chopin. Mr. Glazer is currently Artist-in-Residence
at Bates College, and was formerly Professor of Piano at Eastman School of
Music. He has concertized throughout the world and played with leading
orchestras, including the New York Philharmonic and the Boston Symphony
Orchestra. At ninety-nine, Mr. Glazer is at
his artistic zenith; a master of his craft and a sage philosopher of art and
life. Please join us for this rare
opportunity to experience the brilliance of an American treasure in the
intimate setting of the Old White Church.
