If Liza Minnelli and Tina Fey had a love child it would be Maria Pedro in this comedic, heartfelt musical chapter book of a 20 something actress training for the New York City marathon, and training for overall life. All proceeds go to the ALS ASSOCIATION.

Maria Pedro, star and cowriter of Wifeys; A Character Actress’s Guide to becoming a Leading Lady, National Tour of June B. Jones Essential Survival Guide, and NYC Fringe Festival’s Alienne The Musical, makes solo cabaret debut in The Lady In Training. This musical chapter book, will illustrate the heart and comedy of a young actress overcoming the obstacles of New York, and overall life. Lady In Training will feature Broadway classics such as “Putting It Together”, “Neverland”, “Wash that Man”, I'm “The Greatest Star,” as well as some pop hits, that will lead you with your toe tapping and a grin from ear to ear. This funny, heart felt show should not be missed, and will be performed in memory of her late father, Patrick Pedro, in which all profits will go to the ALS Association.
