Description
Learn beekeeping with experts from Ann Arbor Backyard Beekeepers Club (A2B2). Classes meet once a month, February through October, and
are held both indoors and in our teaching apiary. Students gain valuable
hands-on experience as they learn about equipment, bee biology, pests, honey
extraction, and fall and winter preparation.
Beginner classes meet on Sundays, 10am–1pm (except where noted). 2018 dates are: Sunday, Feb. 25 Saturday, Mar. 24 (Equipment Build Day) Sunday, Apr. 29 Sunday, May 20 Sunday, June 17 Sunday, July 8 Sunday, Aug. 12 Sunday, Sep. 9 Sunday, Oct. 7 Additional Information
