Description

The theme of our 2018-2019 season, 'A Season for Singing', explores the timeless characteristics of musical compositions that reflect the moods and joys of the seasons of the year as well as the seasons of life.   As the wise philosopher Confucius expressed:
"Music produces a kind of pleasure which human nature cannot do without" 

This concert, For Every Song There Is a Season, is our vocal take on The Seasons by Antonio Vivaldi.  Selections, centered on each season, include works by Franz Joseph Haydn, Edvard Grieg, Edward Elgar, Claude Debussy and others.
