Here are the "juicy details" on the three incredibly fruit forward beers we are releasing this weekend:
Plumpy - Mango / Passion Fruit 5.5% ABV Kettle soured ale with mango, passion fruit, and lactose added. This one drinks like an adult smoothie with a rich creaminess from the lactose addition. Must be kept cold at all times and consumed fresh. $14 - 750ml (Limit 2) Euphonium - Dry-Hopped Saison 6.3% ABV Brett Saison fermented in white wine barrels and dry-hopped in the barrel with experimental hop BRU-1. This brett forward funky farmhouse surprises the palate with flavors of juicy pear with a dry finish. $18 - 750ml (Limit 2) Opalescence - Double IPA 9.2% ABV Hop bursted and double dry-hopped with Citra Cryo, Pacific Gem, and Cashmere hops. This hazy IPA is bursting with juicy fruity flavors of citrus, peach, and overripe blackberry with a subtle floral undertone. Watch out, because this one is incredibly drinkable considering the high ABV. $8 - 500ml (Limit 4) Additional Information
All tickets will be scanned before beer will be delivered (phone tickets work so you don't need to print them). Duplicates will not be honored. Your beers must be picked up before 7pm on 5/12 or your beers will be donated back to 1840 Brewing Company and you will forfeit any payments made. 1840 Brewing Company reserves the right to re-sell any beers not picked up. Bottle prices include tax.
