Day 1 (9:30am-5:00pm) at Body Kinetics in Novato

Intensive practical classroom workshop focusing on correcting rider neuro-biomechanics. Learn and practice athletic skills critical to the success of a rider from a radically new point of view. Foundational Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization concepts covered include postural strength, breathing, flexibility, simulation of hand and leg aids to improve skills of riders and their horses. Taught from a radically new point of view, this workshop offers the chance to learn and practice athletic skills critical to your success and/or for your equestrian clients/patients.

Day 2 (Individual sessions) in clinic or Riding center (location in Sonoma county TBD)

Manual treatment (45 minutes) to evaluate your posture, treat muscular imbalances, and provide corrective exercises.

Option 1: Individual 45-minute session for postural evaluation & correction through DNS exercise and manual treatment with Zuzana at Body Kinetics in Novato.

Option 2: Individual riding lesson to integrate and apply concepts in the saddle.

Zuzana Susan is international acclaimed DNS instructor and a highly skilled physiotherapist at the Prague School of Rehabilitation with extensive experience treating musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction. As a rider herself, she has created a system for building up a rider’s postural strength and innovating movement strategies that improve the coordinated movement of the horse and rider team.
