Wayland will be performing for Muddy Creek Saloon on Weds July 18th. Doors open at 5pm. This show falls on our bike night, so those who ride in will get preferred parking next to the Saloon. Tickets are $5.00 at the door!! Doors open at 5pm!!
SUPPORT ACT IS LOVE SICK RADIO Over the last few years the genre of rock has been pulled in so many different directions, leaving timeless vocal melodies and guitars to become far and few between. Wayland naturally possesses these qualities and more. Formed in 2010, The band was soon signed to Kiefer Sutherland's Iron Works Records by hit singer/ song writer/ producer Jude Cole. Managed by Jesse James Dupree, Wayland released their first single "Welcome To My Head" which experienced high ranking on Mainstream and Active Rock charts. The follow up charting single "Reno" began to showcase Wayland's diverse influences, from huge vocal harmony reminiscent of classic rock icons like Journey and Queen, and thick crunchy guitar riffs and pounding drums leaning on the hard rock side of the spectrum. With the release of 2014s "Get A Little" the band's music video for the song went viral online bringing in massive social media and YouTube numbers, causing the song to hit #6 on ITunes Rock charts. 2016 brought the Active Rock radio hit single "Bloody Sunrise" taking the band into almost 5 straight years of non-stop touring, boasting 250+ shows a year. There's no signs of Wayland slowing down any time soon. A full length album is expected in 2017 followed by a full tour in support of the release. Wayland released their debut full length album "Rinse & Repeat" with Mighty Loud / InGrooves September 22nd, 2017. The 1st single off the album, "Through The Fire" , debuted at #35 on Billboards Mainstream Rock Chart. "Through The Fire" is receiving airplay on radio all across the country & can be downloaded on iTunes, Amazon, Google Play. Stream "Through The Fire" on Spotify. Wayland consists of Mitch Arnold (vocals), Phillip Vilenski (guitars), Dean Pizzazz (bass) and Nigel Dupree (drums). A high-energy, rock band from Michigan, Wayland who hail from the city of the same name formed in 2010. The band was originally signed to actor Kiefer Sutherland's Iron Works Records by hit singer/ songwriter/ producer Jude Cole. Managed by Jesse James Dupree (Jackyl), Wayland released their first single "Welcome To My Head" which charted on Mainstream and Active Rock charts. The band has issued over that time 2010's self-titled album, a 2012 EP (Welcome To My Head) and several singles (2015's Bloody Sunrise, 2014's Get A Little, 2013's Reno). Promoting their brand with over 500 shows since 2013, the band recently teamed up with Mighty Loud / InGrooves for their first major release later this year. Along with Jesse James Dupree have brought on industry veteran, Mark Abramson (MPMA Music Entertainment) and Therm Items Not Allowed
