"You're adorable!"  Indeed, it would appear that way. Youthful, energetic, effervescent, and playful are all glorious qualities that constantly win Kari parts in the world of children's theatre. She's goofy and fun onstage and off! But under all that sparkle, she is a post-NYU grad grappling with the emotional landscape of adulthood. Get ready to join Kari for a comical two-faced adventure that jarringly bolts between the songs that solidified her role as queen of children's theatre and others that express the heartbreak, struggle, and sexual awakening that shaped her life behind the scenes.

Kari is an NYC-based actress making a habit out of working and living in Vancouver, BC, during summertime.  After graduating with a BFA in Drama from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts, Kari started booking child roles like nobody's business. Some famed credits include Britt in Stinky Kids (Vital Theatre), Gertrude McFuzz in Seussical the Musical (La Comedia, OH), Alison/Dr. Wink in Pinkalicious (Vital Theatre/tour), Annie in Henry and Mudge (TheaterworksUSA), and most recently, Kari originated the role of Janet in The Magic School Bus: Lost in the Solar System (TheaterworksUSA). Thanks to her west coast exploration, you can also catch her in Season 2 of A Series of Unfortunate Events on Netflix and Season 2 of Salvation on CBS.  In her rare moments of spare time, Kari enjoys sitting down.
