Geek Bowl 2019

With special guests Richard Cheese & Lounge Against The Machine 

Our 13th annual cash-prize quiz will descend upon the desert oasis of Las Vegas, Nevada. This event frequently sells out and has sold out 4 years in a row.

Quiz starts promptly at 7:00 PM; doors at 5:30 PM.

Compete against Geeks Who Drink quiz teams from US, Canada, Great Britain, and beyond.

Cash prizes will be awarded to at least the top three teams!

The Joint is located within the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino at 4455 Paradise Road, Las Vegas, NV  89169.

Team size is limited to six players and tickets must be purchased six at a time. Seating is on a first-sold, first-served basis. Teams who buy their tickets and register first will be placed highest in the queue for seating assignments and will receive (what we think) are the best seats available in their zone based on their placement in the queue. This generally means closest to furthest from the stage. As more tickets are sold, the further back teams will be. Seating position is not a guarantee of ticket purchase and will be determined by Geeks Who Drink.

There will be no food for purchase onsite, but you can pre-purchase food separately.  Details and menu will be delivered to all purchasers.

Geek Bowl 2018

Bring a valid photo ID.  This event is 21+. No one under 21 years old will be admitted.

THE BASICS

Geek Bowl 2019 is an 8-round quiz with 8 questions per round. Rounds will vary in content format and point allocation may vary by question.

The maximum number of players allowed on a team is six.

The quiz will be broken up to allow time for breaks.

Doors open at 5:30pm, the quiz starts promptly at 7:00pm.

All teams must complete registration prior to March 1st. Registration will be completed via email.

Team tickets are available for $55 per person, Team (Partial Obstruction) tickets are available for $40 per person, Very Entitled Geek (VEG) seats available for $100.00 per person, Geek Suite seats are available for $250 per person.  All player ticket levels must be purchased in teams of six. Final ticket pricing includes a 9% Live Entertainment Tax pursuant to NRS 368A.200(4). 

Ticket sales will close at 11:59pm, Friday, March 1st 2018.  Tickets WILL NOT be available at the door.
