This workshop is a great way to strengthen your core, build flexibility, balance and stamina! This workshop is an excellent workout for all levels. Please bring a mat, towel and water. Workshop meets Tuesday 4/2, 4/9, 4/16 and 4/23 from 6-7:30PM. Age: 18+ COMPLIMENTARY MASSAGE WITH PURCHASE! We are pleased to offer a complimentary, one-hour massage through our Massage Clinic at the Deer Valley campus located at 2931 W. Bell Road, Phoenix, AZ 85053 when registering for any Spring 2019 Fitness & Wellness workshop! All Massage Therapy sessions are performed by Massage Therapy Students. Students will be assigned at random. Appointments are available Mon-Fri, at 8AM, 9:15AM, 10:30AM, 12:15PM, 2:15PM, 3:30PM, and 4:45PM.
