Bring more happiness into your daily life through this low impact workshop where you will learn to use playfulness, comedy, and spontaneity to increase endorphins, strengthen your immune system and gain an overall sense of well being. Please wear comfortable clothing you can move easily in.  Workshop meets Thursday 3/21, 3/28, and 4/4 from 6-7PM. Age: 18+

All Massage Therapy sessions are performed by Massage Therapy Students. Students will be assigned at random. Appointments are available Mon-Fri, at 8AM, 9:15AM, 10:30AM, 12:15PM, 2:15PM, 3:30PM, and 4:45PM. Information for scheduling your massage will be emailed after registration has been completed.
