Come learn how to apply the concept of mindfulness in your daily life and pair it with movement in order to find harmony between your head and your heart. You'll do this by learning 10 basic, beginner-friendly movements and breathing techniques that can be used throughout your day so you can remain better centered and balanced. Workshop meets on Tuesday, October 22 from 6:00-7:00PM at the Washington campus. Age 16+. Additional Information
