Krista Murphy, Instructor Description
Using yoga poses and deep breathing we will learn to relieve tired back muscles, soothe chronic back tension, lengthen the spine and release compression. You will strengthen the back and core muscles, increase overall strength and flexibility as well as relieve stress for deep relaxation and wellness. All skill levels are welcome. Please bring a mat, towel and water. Workshop meets Tuesday 10/29, 11/5, 11/12 and 11/19 from 6-7:30PM. Age: 18+ Additional Information
