Laura Noejovich began vocal training at age 14 in classical music. She pursued her vocal studies in classical and jazz music throughout high school and college while earning her Bachelor's degree in Neuroscience. Notable performances include Handel's Serse(Serse), Mozart's Le Nozze di Figaro (Rosina), and scenes from Verdi's Falstaff (Alice Ford) and Mozart's Die Zauberflöte (Pamina). "Laura Has New Standards" is her first album recorded with her producer, accompanist, and mentor Takeshi Asai, introducing a new way to look at standards by combining elements from different genres of music.
