13 years ago Joseph decided no more parties or gifts. He wanted to celebrate his Birthday surrounded by his friend and favorite performers raising money for Charity. Join Joseph as he celebrates his 45th Bday Again. The money raised will go to the charity Joseph founded Help Is On The Way Today, a charity that helps Children,Teens and Youth living with HIV and AIDS.
