2100 Catering presents Infusion1.0 - a communal dining experience centered around culinary cannabis prepared by Detroit based chef Rodney Lubinski. Each of the 5 seasonally inspired courses are carefully prepared with a natural cannabis infusion designed to elevate and complement every component of the meal. The pop-up will take place at the enchanting Psychedelic Healing Shack in the heart of Detroit. The venue itself will enchant diners by surrounding them with artistic murals, ambient lights, and beautiful music. After dinner guests can relax outside and enjoy a private bar and sip drinks in a custom made tree house or by a crackling bonfire. Menu Course 1: Buddha Butternut Squash Soup, paired with a CBD-infused Pinot Noir. A hearty coming of Autumn treat. Course 2: Michigan Salad, paired with a Three Manhattan Project a cannabis spicy Manhattan A Great Lakes classic with Traverse City cherries & apples. Course 3: Intermezzo (palette cleanser) A compressed, infused fruit sorbet. Course 4: Duck Confit with White Bean Cassoulet, paired with a cannabis-infused citrus martini. A centuries-old French dish with a rich, slightly salty, but mellow flavor. There is nothing quite like it. Course 5: Chocolate Three Way Brownie, paired with hot-pot- chocolate. A traditional pot brownie with infused caramel & chocolate ice cream. Items Not Allowed
