Description

Choreographer Sonia Plumb dives deep into The Notebooks of Leonardo Da Vinci — humanist, polymath, artist, inventor, engineer, observer of nature and movement.

The Dance of da Vinci 2.0 is broken into five sections reflecting his thought process and drawings:

iL Corpo   - Artists' Studio, Vitruvian Man, Artist's Dilemma
Vite degli animali - Dragons, Storks, Elephants, Lemurpa Light
Rifessioni e Profezie - Lust, Appetite, Death, Vitruvian Man/Woman
Fisica, Geometria, e Luoghi Sacri - Rituals, Reverence and Confessions, Clock Gears, War Machines, Arches
Componere - Dragons Return, Sarcophagus, Taking Flight
