DETAILS Saturday, October 12th | 9pm-2am The Kava Lounge, 21+ 2812 Kettner Blvd, San Diego, CA 92101 TICKETS FLASH SALE $9.99 -> September 30th PRESALE $12.50 -> 7pm October 12th DOOR $15 LINEUP Kicking things off will be our own Hew (Hugo le Rouzo) who very well might be bringing the heaviest set of the night, bringing a bass music influence to house and techno. Following him is recent transplant from Santa Barbara to San Diego, our good friend Burko, who's incredible production ability and unique style, which he's coined 'Medieval House', has landed him a release on Cartel Records as well as an upcoming release on Hood Politics. Next we've got Kino Village's OREN, the DJ in SD with possibly the greatest hustle, playing out most nights of the week and constantly bringing his banging sets to new audiences up and down California's coast. And finally, lead string-puller for the Umbrella society Sprout is going to close things out with a deliberate selection of tunes across many styles and genres designed to hold your attention. WHAT TO EXPECT As always, The Afternoon Umbrella Friends will be transforming this space with a combination of lights, colors, sounds, fabrics, cushions, good people, and good vibes, all for your comfort and pleasure. And don't forget the Milad Juice... Please be prepared to join us in creating a fun, welcoming, and accepting space for alien life-forms of all colors and origins.
