Fresh from a stint on Gorden Ramsey's TV Show, acclaimed Chef/Owner Lou Smith from Blend on Main in Manasquan demonstrates his cooking methods and prepares a delicious lunch paired with wines. He'll be serving a Tuna Taco which we will pair with 2016 Remy Pannier Muscadet de Sevre et Maine and Seared Scallops with Maple Glazed bacon, Parsnip Puree, browned butter and pistachio vinaigrette which we will pair with Cave de Lugny "La Cote", Macon-Villages, Burgundy, France
