Description
Reserved tickets for "Galactic Geometry" planetarium show at the March 6, 2020 Astronomy Night at the Mesa Community College Planetarium on MCC's Southern & Dobson campus in Mesa, Arizona.
Showings of "Galactic Geometry" are 24 minutes in length. Shows start at approximately 6:00pm, 6:30pm, 7:00pm, 7:30pm, 8:00pm, 8:30pm, 9:00pm, 9:30pm. For each planetarium show, half of the tickets are available for reserve. Tickets are also available at the ticket table free of charge, first-come, first-served beginning at 5:30pm on the night of the show, Friday, March 6. Guests with ticket reservations should arrive at least 15 minutes prior to show time in order to check in and ensure a place in the reserve line for seating. Reserved ticket check-in is available at the table in front of the planetarium entrance. Once the show begins, there will be no late seating due to the dark interior of the planetarium. The Planetarium is located on the south side of the Physical Science Building (PS 15) in the southwest corner of MCC's Southern & Dobson campus. The Planetarium is near the intersection of Dobson Road and Planetarium Way, across from the Dobson Road entrance to Banner Desert Hospital. No outside food or drink is allowed in the MCC Planetarium. No flash photography or the use of cellphone flashlights is allowed during the planetarium show. Please silence your phone for the duration of the show.
Additional Information
The Planetarium is handicap accessible and has two spaces for wheelchair seating. There is also room to park strollers or walkers in the corners of the planetarium space.
