We are open to all shapes, sizes, colors, & ages, etc. We do not discriminate - we love everybody!

There is a food & supply cost donation that is required. The donations are as follows: $25/couple - make your donation early. There are space limitations of approximately 20 -25 couples. THERE ARE NO DONATIONS PAID AT THE DOOR!! Due to some no-call-no-shows, we now feel the need to request donations upfront. ALL SINGLE LADIES ARE FREE! Single men are on an on-request basis only by our couples. We will accept 1 single male for every 3 couples or single ladies that RSVP. If invited, single males are $40. Our guest list is generally closed 72 hours prior to the party date, but we might close it a week earlier due to scheduling. The sooner the better for the donation because, unlike others, we DO turn people away when we have reached our max. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON DONATIONS WITHIN 7 DAYS PRIOR TO THE PARTY DUE TO NON-REFUNDABLE HOUSE/SUPPLIES/FOOD COSTS THAT WE HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS DUE TO WEATHER UNLESS WE CANCEL THE EVENT. We will do our best to fill your spot from our wait list. If we can find somebody to fill your spot within such short notice, then we can give you a credit towards another party.

If we do not have at least 10 couples rsvp we will cancel and reschedule the event.

If we have at least 15 we will do 2 conjoining suites to have larger space and play room.

If we have at least 20 couples we will have a meet and greet in the banquet room prior to the party.
