July 18, 19, 20, 25, 26, 27 - 7:30 PM; Sunday Matinee July 21St - 2:00 PM Here’s lookin’ at you, kid...Set in 1952 in Macao, China, ADRIFT IN MACAO is a hilarious parody of film noir movies, with hapless nightclub singers and down-on-their-luck con-men, all stuck in an exotic far-Eastern port. Filled to the brim with farcical shenanigans and tuneful musical numbers that evoke the great musicals of the 1940s, this delicious send-up features Jennifer Porter as Laureena, the nightclub singer in need of a job; Dana Packard as the seedy nightclub owner, Rick Shaw; Brian Chamberlain as the brooding Mitch, who has been framed for murder by the mysterious Mr. McGuffin; Molly W. B. Roberts as the opium-addled floozy, Corinna; Mark Dils as the inscrutable Tempura; and Francesca Jellison and Stowell Watters as Daisy the cigarette girl and Joe the bartender. This irreverent, zany musical comedy is guaranteed to please audiences of all ages! Adm. $22 Adults, $20 students and seniors. Thursdays are pay-what-you-can.
