A FEW CHANGES TO PROVIDE A SAFE AND WELCOMING ENVIRONMENT FOR THE 2021-2022 SEASON - These changes will provide an environment that makes attendees, staff, volunteers and performing musicians comfortable and accommodate personal social distancing preferences for all.*** TICKETING CHANGE FOR CONCERTS - All concert tickets will be general admission seating at Hoag Recital Hall for this season. Each concert will be sold as an individual event. We will also NOT be selling season ticket packages due to planning complexities in a COVID environment that may require us to cancel an event. Thus, we will not be offering a senior discount until we can offer packages again. *** TICKET SALES & CONTACTLESS ENVIRONMENT - We are doing our best to promote a contactless ticketing environment. We will now offer two options for ticket purchase:
Advance Ticket Purchase: Only available at www.pueblosymphony.com
In-Person Ticket Purchase: Only available on the day of the concert at the door of Hoag Recital Hall. *** CANCELLATION OF CONCERTS/EVENTS -- If it becomes necessary for The Pueblo Symphony to cancel a concert/event due to circumstances beyond our control, patrons will be informed of the cancellation via the following methods: For tickets purchased online, an email will be sent to the email address that was provided at the time of the purchase. The email will contain detailed information about the cancellation and a reschedule/refund plan. For patrons who plan to purchase a ticket on the day of the concert, a cancellation sign will be posted at Hoag Recital Hall. *** COVID GUIDELINES & REPORTING - We will continue to follow CDC guidelines and work closely with the Pueblo Department of Public Health and Environment to present COVID-compliant events. We understand and welcome masks for those who wish to wear a mask. In the event of a COVID exposure following an event, patrons will be informed of the exposure via the email that was provided at the ticket purchase. For those that purchase tickets in-person on the day of the event, patrons will have the option to provide an email address for notices. *** PARKING LOT SHUTTLE SERVICE - Complimentary shuttle service to and from the parking lot to the entrance will be available during the concerts.
