Description
Nate Hopkins (Bandstand) and Tom McGovern (American Idol) have been playing cover songs and taking requests from the crowd for years in New York City. Sweet Caroline started to feel stale after the 1,764th time they played it together, so they decided to spice things up with a game: once a week, they’d write a parody of a song for the other person to sight read and perform cold for the first time in front of a live audience. After writing and performing parodies once a week for the last few months, Tom and Nate have found themselves with a hefty selection of very, very silly songs, including I’ll Pee (I’ll Be by Edwin McCain), Livin’ With A Bear (Livin’ On A Prayer by Bon Jovi), and I Want One Pancake (I Want It That Way by Backstreet Boys). Join Tom and Nate as they perform an hour of their favorite parodies live. $10 Ticket in Advance & a 2 Drink Minimum in the Cabaret Theatre* $15 Ticket at the Door (plus service fee) & a 2 Drink Minimum in the Cabaret Theatre* *Drinks Must be purchased In the Cabaret Theatre to count towards the Minimum.
