The Richmond Ballet, The State Ballet of Virginia, is dedicated to the education, promotion, preservation, and continuing evolution of the art form of ballet. Under the leadership of founding Artistic Director Stoner Winslett and guided by its founding mission to “awaken and uplift the human spirit, both for audiences and artists,” the Ballet now reaches over 100,000 people annually across Virginia and beyond.
