Handel's Messiah

The Concert Choir and Choral Arts Society will present Handel’s Messiah. Soloists will include faculty and alumni of Messiah, and the orchestra will be composed of a professional core of players, with our best music majors sharing a stand with a pro for a “side-by-side” professional-level experience. This famous oratorio uniquely narrates the story of Christ’s life, death and resurrection, attracts large audiences and gives students the opportunity to perform a major work in a professional setting on campus.
