Praised by the New York Times for its "luxurious, beautifully sculptured performances", the American String Quartet is internationally recognized as one of the world’s foremost quartets. The quartet returns to CSMF along with acclaimed French cellist Philippe Muller and Festival Artistic Director, flutist Linda Chesis for a program of works by Joseph Haydn and Aaron Jay Kernis, as well as Schubert's sublime String Quintet. Proof of Covid vaccination is no longer required for audience members. |
