Description
Every November, we assemble top Jersey Shore Chefs to prepare a "Dream Dinner" as part of Jersey Shore Restaurant Week. It is a unique opportunity to enjoy the talents of multiple chefs all in one night. Last year we re-created some of Julie Child's most famous dishes. This year the theme is iconic dishes from famous NYC restaurants. Here's the current line-up of courses: First Course - Spaghetti Primavera from Le Cirque prepared by Fratello's Wine Pairing: Ca’Maiol “Maiolo” Trebbiano di Lugana, Lombardy, Italy Second Course - Black Bean Soup from the Coach House prepared by Marandola's Wine Pairing: Vina Herminia “Lady Label” Tempranillo, Rioja Spain Third Course - Lobster Newburg from Delmonico's prepared by Terry Eleftheriou Wine Pairing: Jean Claude Poisson Bourgogne Blanc, Burgundy Fourth Course - Steak Diane from 21 Club, Prepared by Chris Brandl, Brandl Steakhouse Wine Pairing: Daou Cabernet Sauvignon, Paso Robles Fifth Course - Red Velvet Cake from the Waldorf Astoria. prepared by Sam Kohler from Drifthouse by David Burke Wine Pairing: Boen Pinot Noir, Tri-Appellation, California Menu subject to change We are close to being sold out.
