CHRISTMAS WITH THE CHORALE Saturday, December 17, 2022, 8:00 pm Sunday, December 18, 2022, 4:00 pm Our program will include compositions by Clemens non Papa, Vicente
Lusitano, Dietrich Buxtehude, Ralph Vaughan Williams, Eric Whitacre, and
others. We will again be joined by the Monterey Bay Sinfonietta, and of
course we will also perform carols from around the world—including the
Ukrainian “Carol of the Bells.” HOPE AND JOY Saturday, April 22, 2023, 8:00 pm Sunday, April 23, 2023, 4:00 pm The voice of the Psalmist calls through the centuries, in settings
by Monteverdi, Schütz, Pachelbel, Brahms (“Fest und Gedenksprüche”) and
Britten. By popular demand, we will again perform Bach’s setting of Psalm 130 (BWV 131). |
