BEFORE deciding on a booth for your business or company - PLEASE consider a level of sponsorship INSTEAD. Sponsorships include booths! Your sponsorship helps us make things more fun for all attending. Including you and your team! And helps us get your business name and logo noticed. Military veteran owner/run businesses enter "50% off" to get your booth price reduced. Outside vendors have an extra 10x10 tent ready to set up in case of rain for customers - no charge for extra space. Vendors can show up on Friday July 7th any time after 12 noon to set up their booths We lock down the vendors buildings at 6pm for the preparty! (So you can relax and not worry for the night.) NOTE: Friday night we will have a Grumpy Cup (pre-event) Potluck Ball for VIPs, Vendors and Volunteers that evening. Please consider bringing something SAFE to add to the FEAST that evening. (With an easy to read label of ingredients for people with food allergies.) There will be a pancake breakfast on Saturday and Sunday mornings starting at 10am - if people vending are hungry. On us! Your booth comes with TWO 3-day Vendor passes. You get more with levels of sponsorship. Otherwise extra Vendor passes cost: $75 (Priced to cover: 3 day pass, 2 breakfasts, a Friday feast/party, pizza, some meat costs and fresh lemonade/watermelon. On site parking. etc..) #NotYourOrdinaryCup ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- CHANGES this year: This year at the Grumpy Cup (with VERY few exceptions) we will ONLY allow BBQ competitors to have Food Vending Booths. We hope this will make the event more profitable for them all for the weekend. The front road is fixed! We will be using the Main Gates this year. Campers that leave trash, cigarette butts and/or bottle caps on their site will be denied future camping at Grumpy Cup events. PLEASE leave it like you found it! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- SPONSORSHIP OF ALL LEVELS INCLUDE: 1) EITHER a 10x12 booth underneath the Grandstands while they last. Or either a 10x10 in the Dole building or in a huge pavilion - IF we have one again this year! OR Covered food vendor booth costs as well as entry into the East Coast BBQ Competition and an outside cooking/booth location. (NOTE: you still must complete and return all paperwork/fees to the Town of Greenfield/health inspector BEFORE the event to be able to sell or serve food!) 2) FREE Camping for your team on site if they want! NOTE: 1) We are reducing the price of Co-Sponsorship by a total of $2000 for a limited time to entice some early sponsorship!!! It will be back to $5000 in June. 2) BBQ competitors willing to agree to give out at least $500 worth of free samples to the VIP judges over the weekend will get $500 taken off of the price of ANY level of sponsorship they choose!!! We ask that you also PLEASE CONSIDER a reduced price or discount on your regular food prices for VIPS and any Veterans. BBQ competitors agreeing to this enter: "Giving Samples" for $500 off your sponsorship costs. ======================================= East Coast BBQ Competition competitors This year is simple: Make sure your legal with the city. Show up, vend food and be judged by those eating it. THIS YEAR'S Competition Categories: 1) Chicken Wings 2) Brisket 3) Burnt ends 4) Ribs 5) Pork butt Whomever gets the MOST combined points from these categories with be given a trophy and the title of 'East Coast BBQ Competition: Grand Champion' for the competition this year! There will also be a trophy for Best Infused BBQ. Points from this will NOT be used to determine the Grand Champion. It is a side trophy.
