VENDORS:
All Grumpy Cup vendors must supply their own tables and chairs! This is our 1st year that we will be open till 9:30pm on Saturday June 8th. So have some lights ready if boothed outside.
Outside vendors have an extra 10x10 tent ready to set up in case of rain for customers - no charge for extra space.
Grumpy Cup vendors can show up on Friday June 7th any time AFTER 1 PM to set up their booths. Grumpy Cup Sponsors can show up for 12 noon to set up! We lock down the vendors buildings at 6pm for the preparty! (So you can relax and not worry for the night.)
Grumpy Cup vendors and sponsors PLEASE use the Back Gate of the fairgrounds to get in and out. And NEVER drive around the horse tracks! (Driving SLOWLY across them is fine to park!)
NOTE: Friday night we will have a Grumpy Cup (pre-event) Potluck Ball for VIPs, Vendors and Volunteers that evening. Please consider bringing something SAFE to add to the FEAST that evening. (With an easy to read label of ingredients for people with food allergies.)
There will be a pancake breakfast on Saturday and Sunday mornings starting at 10am. For VIPs, veterans, vendors and volunteers!
Your booth comes with TWO 3-day Vendor passes. You get more with levels of sponsorship.
Otherwise extra Vendor passes cost: $50
(Priced to cover: 3 day pass, 2 breakfasts, a Friday feast/party, some food/meat costs and fresh lemonade/watermelon. On site parking INSIDE the fairgrounds. etc..)

East Coast BBQ Competition competitors
To Compete:
Food Vendors - this year is simple: Contact Grumpy for a food vendor spot. You must have at least ONE BBQ option to be judged in the East Coast BBQ Competition. Then make sure your legal to vend with the city. Show up, vend some bbq food and be judged by those eating it. We will provide a scan code for customers to judge with. And we will anounce the winners on Sunday afternoon.
OR bring it and have it judged the night before at the preparty BBQ feast potluck ball. Make sure any food brought to the feast have a readable list of ingredients. And that you bring enough for SEVERAL dozen judges. (We ALSO highly suggest taking a Serve Safe course if you are bringing in food for competition. It will eventually be a requirement for safety. And it lasts 5 years!)
There will be trophys for Best BBQ and Best Infused BBQ. As well as Best Sides/Condiments/Drinks - both normal and infused.
NOTE: Any infused BBQ competing must be given out and NOT sold. As per MA laws.
