The ​Family Business Center is affiliated with the Dr. Robert K. Jabs School of Business at California Baptist University (CBU) in Riverside, California. The center director, Dr. Keanon Alderson, is a multi-published author and family business expert, with two decades of experience in a second-generation family business. He has written numerous articles about family dynamics, conflict mitigation, and family business governance.

Earnie Silvers, Professor and Director of Graduate Programs at Cal State San Bernardino will be speaking on the importance of non-family managers at family firms.

Jason Tang from Riverside County Workforce Development will discuss a grant funding opportunity for Riverside County employers to offset the cost of training existing employees.
