The ​Family Business Center is affiliated with the Dr. Robert K. Jabs School of Business at California Baptist University (CBU) located in Riverside, California. The center director, Dr. Keanon Alderson is a multi-published author and family business expert, with two decades of experience in a second-generation family business. He has written numerous articles about family dynamics, conflict mitigation, and family business governance.

The March 2024 Morning Meetup will feature an interview with Steve Green, President of Hobby Lobby. Steve Green became President of Hobby Lobby in 2004, and helped to grow the family business to more than 1,000 stores in 48 states, employing over 45,000 people with over $7.5 billion in annual sales in 2023.
