The center director, Dr. Keanon Alderson is a multi-published author and family business expert, with two decades of experience in a second-generation family business. He has written numerous articles about family dynamics, conflict mitigation, and family business governance.

The May Morning Meetup will feature an interview with Kirby Hays, CEO of second generation Hal Hays Construction in Riverside. Kirby delivered Hal Hays Contruction Inc.'s first LEED Gold Facility and led the development of HHCI's transportation market.
