Frenchy Cannoli's Lost Art Workshop

Belle is Frenchy Cannoli’s primary apprentice. She lived and worked with Frenchy and Madame Cannoli for over 7 years. Together Belle and Madame Cannoli are excited to continue Frenchy’s educational legacy through teaching his Lost Art Workshops. Come spend a day learning the ancient technique of sieving but with a modern twist using an inexpensive mini washer that can be purchased online for less than $70. Belle will give a hands-on demonstration of the ice-water sieving method Frenchy adapted and perfected. Additionally, she will provide insights and guidance on the commercial application of the process from her experience as Director of Operations for one a California’s largest manufacturers where they run a 500-gallon washer.

The workshop will be held at a facility in MESA, Arizona.  Exact location details will be provided to ticket-holding workshop participants two days before the event via email.

REFUND POLICY: Tickets are not refundable. You are welcome to have them used by another person. Please send us an email (info@frenchycannoli.com) to advise who will be using your ticket. We cannot honor ticket use by another person without the permission of the person who originally purchased the ticket. 

SPECIAL REQUIREMENT: You must be 21 years or older to attend. Photo ID will be checked prior to the event.

We reserve the right to cancel or change the workshop date and location due to Acts of God and other events outside of our control with no liability on our part. In the event we are obliged to cancel the event due to weather or other unforeseen circumstance, tickets will be refunded.
