After purchasing your tickets, make sure to start booking your rooms at Palms! Here are instructions on how to get your discounted room at the Palms: FESTA America 2024 - The Palms Room Reservation Steps 

Rooms are limited during that week. Please book accordingly. This is the best event to stay at the venue.

TRANSFER POLICY

If you would like to transfer/sell your ticket to another member, please contact marketing@npusainc.com. In order for NPUSA to provide premier service and in case of emergency, it is best to have a record of the ticketholder's name and information. We appreciate your cooperation.

REFUND POLICY

NO REFUNDS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, UNLESS THE EVENT IS CANCELLED OR POSTPONED IN WHICH CASE THE HOLDER IS ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND FOR THE FACE VALUE OF THE TICKET.
