Description
This ticket is for the Graduand's admission and full participation for both Commencement and Prom. On Friday, June 7th, 2024, Harry Ainlay’s Commencement and Grade 12 Awards Ceremonies will be held at the Universiade Pavilion (Butterdome). Grads are asked to be at the Van Vliet Complex by 1:00 pm and to assemble in the Main Gym. Grads, parents, family, and/or guests are required to have a ticket for admittance to the Commencement/Awards Ceremonies. Doors will open at 1:30 p.m. for guest ticket seating and the program will start promptly at 2:30 p.m. Graduands - Please dress appropriately (attire is formal or semi-formal) and ensure you bring your cap + gown. A reminder that Harry Ainlay Student Code of Conduct and Behavior applies to this event.
No alcohol, drugs, or weapons are permitted on University Campus by any guests of the school.
In order that all those participating in this celebration may enjoy the Graduation Events as intended, anyone breaching rules or expectations will be required to leave.
Additional Information
Tickets are sold at the regular price of $120 until April 26th at 5:00pm. Purchases after that date
are subject to a $50 late fee.
All purses and small bags will be checked by security when entering the Prom event. Re-entry is permitted, however, wristbands, stamps, and/or tickets will be required upon re-entry. It is advised you do not leave belongings unattended, Harry Ainlay High School and the Venue are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
