Description
Enjoy the Night of the Titanic Show at the Pensacola State College Planetarium! Experience what it was like to stand on the deck of the doomed ocean liner Titanic the night she sank. NIGHT OF THE TITANIC shows the unique conditions in Earth and space that - coupled with human errors - contributed to the sinking of the ship on April 15, 1912. Learn about: ocean currents, iceberg formation and drift, global warming, solar cycles. This show will be followed by a Live Narrated Night Sky Presentation! This will bring the total time in the Planetarium to roughly 1 hour. *Please arrive at least 15 minutes early for your show. The show will begin promptly at 6pm and the doors will be shut and locked. There is no reentry to the show if you exit. *Individuals with sensitivities to flashing lights should exercise caution. Items Not Allowed
No food or drinks are allowed in the Planetarium
