Refund Policy:
Refunds are only available for those who qualify for ELEVATE 2024 after ticket purchase. Upon notification of ELEVATE achievement, you have 21 days to contact NPUSA by marketing@npusainc.com or fill out the form at here.

For those of you who purchased multiple tickets, each refund will only be processed for each
individual achiever.
