PA Cidermakers Dinner was always a highlight of the first, original PA Cider Fests and was a great event all PA cidermakers would look forward to - catching up and sharing our favorite drinks. This year, we'll be offering a limited amount of cider enthusiasts the opportunity to join us in the celebration! A locally sourced, PA-inspired menu will be served on-site with Chef Brent Golding of Sign of the Buck providing the PA Dutch-influenced buffet-style meal. The Punk Cellist will be performing for us while we gather. Tickets start at $65 ea through Wednesday 6/12, and will be $75 if any tickets remain past that date. This dinner will be held at South Mountain Fairgrounds in the Upper Adams Lions Club Pavillion near the festival office building.

- Cider braised beef on a potato roll

- Cider glazed mushrooms on potato roll

- Apple BBQ pork ribs

- Asparagus & Cucumber salad

- Charred onion dip with potato chips

- Red beet deviled eggs with goat cheese

- Cottage cheese pie with apple butter
