Metabolic Measurement- VO2 Master: $90.94 Used for indirect calorimetry and maximal O2 consumption measurement, this technology provides valuable training information so you can train optimally and track improvements in your cardiorespiratory fitness with greater precision. This test requires an initial screening. Please reach out to mccexercisescience@mesacc.edu before purchasing this test. Bod Pod Tests: $43.47 for one test or $64.57 for two tests Considered the gold standard in accurate body composition assessment based on air-displacement plethysmography technology that quantifies both lean (muscle, bone, skin, organs and water) mass compared to adipose (fat) tissue. Wingate Anaerobic Test: $54.02 Assesses both maximal anaerobic power and maximal anaerobic capacity. This is a 30-second all-out anaerobic sprint test on a cycle ergometer. General Fitness Test: $80.39 Includes tests to gauge muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, core stability, balance, girth, lean mass/fat mass, and cardiorespiratory fitness.
