Performing arts spaces, including community theatres, foster beautiful connections and powerful self-expression. But look around, look around! These tight-knit troupes can also produce opportunities for sexual harassment in which group dynamics may discourage those affected from telling their stories and may deter leadership from addressing allegations.

Join us for an evening of discussion where we will:

identify the unique attributes of sexual harassment in performing arts spaces
discover techniques for compassionately responding to claims
explore proactive approaches to creating communities free of harm and harassment.
